Seven club members made the trip down to Hayling Island for the weekend. The new gazebo was the centre of our encampment and was a much appreciated shelter from the heavy rain of Sunday morning. The weather was, with the exception of that storm, fantastic, sunny and warm. Not much wind until Sunday pm though. Brilliant weekend even without the wind, lots to see and do, great pub on the site, lovely location. More photos in the pix section.
A huge thank you to Pat Tonks, owner of Precision Stitching and club member, for making our logo up and fitting it to the gazebo.
